Operating Systems
Operating systems control hardware of your computer. An operating system controls many of the basic actions like input and output, managing disk space and allocating resources. An operating system also determines other capabilities of a computer, in some case enabling it to support:
- Multitasking
- Multiple users
- Timesharing
- Virtual Memory
